Please review our refund and cancellation policy carefully before requesting a refund or canceling any service.
Refund Policy
- If Host Nibo's support team fails to resolve any support or other issue, the client will be eligible for a refund. However, if more than 7 days have passed, refund requests will not be accepted.
- Domain Registration: Once any domain registration is completed, the domain fee will not be refunded. If any domain transfer has been initiated, it will also not be refunded.
- VPS / Dedicated Server: Completely non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Reseller Hosting: There is no money-back guarantee on reseller hosting.
- If your service is canceled / suspended / terminated due to non-compliance with our terms, no refund will be admissible.
- Account Credit Balance: Money deposited in the client's account is non-refundable. It can be used to purchase any service from Host Nibo.
- Cancellation requests submitted from any location other than the Client Area will not be accepted.
- After submitting the cancellation request, the account cannot be reactivated in any way. You will have to purchase a new package.
Cancellation & Refund Procedure
Step-by-Step Process

End of Billing Period — The service will remain active until the last billing date, then auto-cancel. This option is not eligible for refund.
Submit Cancellation Request
Go to your Client Area and submit a cancellation request. Click the icon next to the package you want to cancel, then press 'Request Cancellation', fill out the form, and submit it.
Immediate Cancellation — Your package will be deleted within 1–24 hours after submitting the request.End of Billing Period — The service will remain active until the last billing date, then auto-cancel. This option is not eligible for refund.

Open a Billing Ticket
After submitting the cancellation request, open a ticket with the Billing Department. It may take 1 day to a maximum of 15 days depending on the payment gateway.

Refund Processing
For any refund, sending charges / gateway charges / cash-out charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
Credit Balance Refund — Fast Track
If you take a credit balance refund to your Host Nibo account, you will receive the refund within 1 minute to 1 hour. Simply write "credit balance refund" in the ticket.Important Note
If the "End of Billing Period" option is selected during cancellation, the service will stay active until the last billing date and then auto-cancel. This option is not eligible for any refund.Warning
After the cancellation request is submitted, the account cannot be reactivated under any circumstances. You must purchase a new package if you wish to continue using our services.
